Originally founded in 1982 as a painting company, the business expanded to carpentry when Steve Bradsell joined the team. Bradsell is grateful to their team and crew for hard work and loyalty. Originally founded in 1982 as a painting company, the business quickly became a family affair with his brother Steven coming on board to manage the carpentry division, his wife Diane the marketing strategies, and the younger Bradsells in other aspects of the business. Employees are treated like family and are recognized for their contributions. Some are loyal team members for as many as 15 years. As of 2019, the company is now known as Bradsell Contracting and has a staff of 20-plus employees united by their passion for painting, carpentry, and Bedford itself.
