Congratulations to Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship

Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship, located at 1 Succabone Rd, Mount Kisco, NY, is a non-profit organization that offers therapeutic horse-riding lessons, hippotherapy and ground programming to individuals with special needs, at-risk youth and veterans among other people. Founded in 2014 by Caroline Black & Emily Bushnell, Endeavor has become a staple of the Bedford-Mt. Kisco community and we are incredibly proud to be able to support them each year whether it be through fundraising, or repairs to their facilities.

Hippotherapy is form of therapy that aims to improve one’s sense of responsibility, accountability, confidence, control and problem solving. It has been shown to be an effective outlet for individuals with ADHD, Autism, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, addiction, and many other mental and emotional challenges that neurodivergent people face.

On Saturday, June 8th from 6PM to 9PM, Endeavor hosted their annual Spring Party to celebrate their 5th anniversary and honor Emily and Caroline. We are proud of the work they’ve done to better our community and we look forward to seeing what the do in the future!
